Upon Inspection found front brakes @ 40% But making noise due to poor quality pads and oxidation. recommend replacing front pads and rotors Rear pads at 40% but rear rotors found to be slightly warped May be slight squeak in after sitting due to superficial rust creaking noise heard when turning wheel due to worn strut mounts.

After removing complete steering column, found intermediate shaft (mid) damaged causing clunking noise. Replaced intermediate shaft with factory toyota replacement part, reassembled, test drove vehicle, no steering noise noticed at this time.
Performed LOF service as requested. Checked belts, hoses, brakes and fluids, checked air filter and cabin air filter. Topped off fluids as needed. Set tire air pressure.
Resealed cam chain tensioner gasket and cover. Inspected and test drove. No leaks at this time.
Upon inspection and diagnostic, found timing chain tensioner cover leaking. Recommend resealing with new gasket. Also found clunking noise in steering column. Recommend removing steering column, inspecting and potentially replacing intermediate shaft.
Upon inspection, load tested battery. Found battery voltage at 5 volts. Checked all fuses and systems for battery draw. Found faulty connection at dome light switch, causing dome light to intermittently turn on, draining battery. Repaired connection, charged battery, no drain at this time. Vehicle starts properly.
